Ultra Mobile payment disclaimer

Important Notice for Ultra Mobile Customers

If you pay for a plan different from your current Ultra Mobile plan, your account may remain suspended or become suspended at the end of your billing cycle.

Choosing a lower plan than your active one may result in underpayment. It is your responsibility to select the correct plan.

Adjustments must be made via the Ultra Mobile app or by calling Customer Service (8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time). We may assist as a courtesy at our discretion. But only during Ultra Mobile customer service operating hours. Only Ultra Mobile can process changes.

Customers currently active on the Ultra Mobile FLEX plan are not eligible to purchase credit through our website. There is no way to convert from a FLEX plan to a regular Ultra Mobile plan without contacting customer support and activating a brand new Ultra Mobile SIM card.

If you are actively on a FLEX plan and attempt to make a purchase, we will automatically refund you the full amount minus a $2 transaction fee.
