popular Polish/Ukrainian prepaid retail shops in Chicago. Pay My Prepaid operates as an independent wireless retailer and authorized dealer for a variety of leading prepaid service providers, including T-Mobile Prepaid, Verizon Prepaid, Xfinity Prepaid Internet, Simple Mobile, Lycamobile, Ultra Mobile, Boss Revolution, H2O Wireless, and Tracfone.While we are authorized to offer and support these services, Pay My Prepaid is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by any of the carriers listed. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes.

In these Terms and Conditions, DG Focus INC and its services are referred to as
"paymyprepaid" , "we" , "us".
**General Terms of Use**
By visiting and shopping at PayMyPrepaid, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
**Acceptance of Terms**
Use of this website is conditional on your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated
here and elsewhere on the site. Do not use this website or any PayMyPrepaid product or
service if you do not accept all the terms and conditions, including those in the FAQ and
Privacy Policy.
**Legality**
It is a federal and state offense to purchase any product or service fraudulently. Products
and services bought here must not be used unlawfully. By using this site, you confirm you
are at least 13 years old. Users aged 13-18 must have parental or guardian consent. You
must be 18 or older or have such consent to enter into the Terms and Conditions.
**User Agreement**
By using PayMyPrepaid services, you accept the rates, terms, and conditions on this
website. PayMyPrepaid may change the Terms without notice by posting updates here.
PayMyPrepaid can modify or discontinue the website or any content at any time without
notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.
**Providing Information**
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and update it as
necessary. If we suspect any information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete,
PayMyPrepaid may suspend or terminate your access without notice. Choose a unique
password and change it regularly for added security. Use a different password from your
email account. You are responsible for maintaining your passwords confidentiality and
for all activities under your account. Notify PayMyPrepaid immediately of any
unauthorized use or security breaches.
**Data Responsibility**
You are responsible for safeguarding your account data. PayMyPrepaid is not responsible
for lost or stolen data or unauthorized use.
By using PayMyPrepaid, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Credit/Debit Card Fraud
Credit/debit card fraud is illegal. PayMyPrepaid uses both automated and manual systems
to verify credit card authorizations. This includes having representatives contact customers
who sign up for services. We monitor all transactions and gather information such as IP
addresses, transaction records, and email addresses for fraud prevention. This data will be
shared with law enforcement as required by law to combat fraud on our website and
services.
Refund and Return Policy
All transactions are final, and sales are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
PayMyPrepaid is not responsible for, and will not offer refunds for, any losses resulting from
mistyping the recipient's phone number, choosing the incorrect operator, or entering
incorrect information.
Only exception eligible for a refund is due to issues such as a non-existent account in carrier's system. A refund may be issued at our discretion. All discretionary refunds are subject to a $2 processing fee, which is non-refundable and covers transaction costs. There are no returns or refunds for wireless phone top-ups. Once a top-up is processed, it cannot be reversed or rolled back. Although the top ups are instant. They may reflect on customer's account within 4 hours. If the provided phone number is valid within the system, it will be replenished. Should you select a rate plan different from your current one, the equivalent amount will be credited to your account. Depending on the carrier, either your next billing cycle plan will be updated to the chosen plan, or the amount will be applied as a wallet balance.
Information Ownership and Use
PayMyPrepaid exclusively owns the information collected on this website. We do not sell,
share, or rent your information for marketing or other purposes. We only collect and use
information necessary to manage your PayMyPrepaid account, enforce our Terms and
Conditions, or comply with legal requirements. When using our website, you must provide
information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Data Security
PayMyPrepaid does not store credit/debit card information. Our website uses Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your personal data. However, we are not responsible for
data security or fraudulent credit card use on our site. We are not obligated to issue refunds
or compensation for fraudulent transactions. We work with law enforcement to prosecute
unlawful activity. PayMyPrepaid is not liable if your bank does not authorize online
transactions.
Customer Service and Call Recording
By contacting our Customer Service, you agree that your call may be recorded for quality
assurance or training purposes. Recordings may also be used in fraud investigations. We do
not sell, share, or rent audio recordings, except as required by law or legal process.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PayMyPrepaid makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied. This
includes warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not
guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on this website or any products
or services sold through it.
Website Modifications and Availability
PayMyPrepaid may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or any product
or service at any time without notice. This includes limiting the availability of databases,
content, features, or products, and restricting access to parts or the entire website without
notice or liability.
Limitation of Liability
PayMyPrepaid, its employees, officers, representatives, service providers, suppliers,
licensors, and agents are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental,
punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the website.
The cost of obtaining substitute goods and services from transactions made on our website.

strikes, labor disputes, shortages, vandalism, terrorism, third-party non-performance, or
any other reasons beyond our control.
Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or services is to stop using them.
Chargeback Policy
You agree not to file a credit or debit card chargeback for purchases made on this website.
Instead, contact PayMyPrepaid to resolve any issues. If you don't remember making the
purchase, call the number on your statement next to the charge.
If you file a chargeback and it is resolved in our favor, you agree to reimburse us for any
costs incurred, including those paid to the credit/debit card processor or our banks, and the
time spent by our employees.
If a chargeback is placed or threatened, we may report it to chargeback abuser databases.
We use various credit reporting agencies and will send a default notice upon receiving a
fraudulent order or chargeback, which may affect your credit rating. We are not obligated
to mark the debt as paid even after further payment.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By accepting these terms, you agree to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration
and waive your right to a jury trial and participation in class action suits. For any disputes
related to these terms, the website, our services, devices, products, or billing disputes, you
must first give us a chance to resolve the issue by sending a written description of your

Notice of Dispute
Your Notice of Dispute must include:
The name of the PayMyPrepaid account holder.
Billing account number.
Mobile phone number at issue.
A written description of the problem with relevant documents and supporting information.
A good faith calculation of damages and a statement of the specific relief you are seeking.
Resolution Process
If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, it will be settled by mandatory and binding
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its
Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any
court in Cook County, Illinois with jurisdiction.
Class and Mass Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class actions, private attorney general actions, or other
representative actions in arbitration or in court, either as a class representative or class
member. You also waive the right to join or consolidate claims with others.
Jury Trial Waiver
You and PayMyPrepaid/DG Focus INC agree to waive the right to a jury trial.
Governing Law
Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding its choice of law
principles.
Mandatory Forum Selection
Any dispute must be brought in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You and
PayMyPrepaid consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to
personal jurisdiction or venue.
Prevailing-Party Attorney'sFees
The prevailing party in any dispute resolution will be entitled to recover reasonable
attorney's fees, costs, and expenses from the losing party, including those incurred in
arbitration and related proceedings.
Language Control
If these Terms and Conditions are available in multiple languages, the English version will
always control in case of conflict.
Termination of Service - Unacceptable Use
By using PayMyPrepaid, you agree to follow our usage policy. Do not use PayMyPrepaid for:
Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Harassing, defamatory, slanderous, deceptive, indecent, pornographic, libelous, invasive of
privacy, offensive, hateful, or abusive conduct.
Sending threats or engaging in terrorist-related activities.
Providing false information about the sender’s identity or message origin.
Sending mass unsolicited messages or harmful automated communications, including
viruses, worms, Trojan horses, rootkits, password crackers, adware, or any malicious
programs.
Assisting others in any of these activities.
We may update this list to include new unacceptable uses. We reserve the right to restrict,
suspend, or terminate your service immediately and without notice if you violate these
rules.
We also reserve the right to issue warnings or terminate your service and access to our
website or app if you violate any terms of service, rules, or policies. No refunds will be given
if your service is terminated for unacceptable use.
PayMyPrepaid Service Agreement
Payment Collection
We manage all payments for orders placed on this website. Payment is authorized when
you place your order and will be taken from the bank account associated with your account.
Mobile recharge rates may change without prior notice.
Processing Fees
Each transaction is subject to a minimum processing fee of $1. We reserve the right to
change our rates, fees, or payment options at any time without prior notice.
Residential Use Only
This product is intended for residential use only. If we suspect otherwise, we will terminate
the service agreement. This agreement has no minimum or finite duration and will continue
until terminated. We may terminate the agreement at any time and reserve the right to
process or cancel any transactions in progress upon termination or suspension of the
service.
AutoPay Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in AutoPay via choosing option "yes" in a required field " subscribe to autopay" in stripe's checkout page. This enrollment is managed by PayMyPrepaid / DG Focus inc. It is not an official Ultra Mobile AutoPay enrollment. PayMyPrepaid/ DG Focus inc manages all AutoPay enrollments. PayMyPrepaid/ DG Focus inc activates and cancels the AutoPay enrollments. Customers authorize recurring payments to be automatically charged every 30-day cycle—specifically on the 29th day, one day prior to plan expiration. This allows a 24-hour window to resolve any payment issues before service suspension due to non-payment.
AutoPay will continue until canceled by the customer or by us. To cancel AutoPay, customers can either:

Contact us directly via email at customerservice@paymyprepaid.online. State your request. Include your name, email address and phone number set up for replenishment on autopay/ auto recharge.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By completing the purchase on Stripe, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions. For full details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on our website.
Plan Selection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct rate plan that matches their current plan with their carrier. Our system processes payments only for the selected plan. If the chosen plan does not align with your active carrier plan, the refill may be rejected.
In such cases, we may attempt to manually adjust your plan to match the one you selected on our website; however, this is a courtesy and not guaranteed. This manual override is done at our discretion and is not a guaranteed service.
Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve any plan mismatch directly with their carrier. You may contact us for assistance, but please note that support is not guaranteed. Please note that some if not all rate plan changes for Ultra Mobile must be done via contacting carrier customer service by phone call. Their operating hours are 8am -8pm central time.
Plan Credit Disclaimer
By purchasing a plan through our website, you acknowledge that you are buying a mobile plan that will be credited to the phone number you provide. Our responsibility is limited to applying the selected plan amount to that number. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the credit is successfully applied, including service disruptions, plan limitations, or number-related problems. For post-credit issues, please contact your mobile service provider directly.
A credit corresponding to your selected rate plan will be added to your account. However, this credit does not guarantee activation or a plan change. If an incorrect plan is selected, the credit will still be applied, but this may lead to service interruption due to the mismatch. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct plan is chosen during purchase.
Operator Responsibility
Once the recharge is accepted by the operator, whose contact information is available on
the invoice, the operator becomes responsible for completing the recharge.
Ultra Mobile recharge/refill/payment Disclaimer
Important Notice for Ultra Mobile Customers
If you pay for a plan different from your current Ultra Mobile plan, your account may remain suspended or become suspended at the end of your billing cycle.
Choosing a lower plan than your active one may result in underpayment. It is your responsibility to select the correct plan.
Adjustments must be made via the Ultra Mobile app or by calling Customer Service (8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time). We may assist as a courtesy, but only Ultra Mobile can process changes.
Via checking the checkmark agreeing to Terms and Conditions in the Stripe.com checkout page. You acknowledge our duty is only to replenish your chosen credit. Anything beyond that is your responsibility and due diligence.
Credit Update Time
It may take up to 24 hours for the mobile operator to update the credit to the selected
prepaid number. Credit update may be delayed because of incorrect entry such as incorrect plan, phone number or incorrect carrier. We may at our discretion , attempt to assist you. In many cases, only way to adjust an incorrect entry is via calling carrier customer service. Carrier customer service has opening and closing hours of operation. We can and will only attempt to assist at their active working hours.
Local Taxes
Some countries impose local taxes beyond our control, which will be deducted from your
order value as displayed on the online ordering form. Local taxes can include VAT and other
fees established by the municipality, carrier, or national law. The processing fee covers
international transaction costs and is displayed during checkout.
Operator Responsibility

the invoice, the operator becomes responsible for completing the recharge.
